Since BTS are anything but kpop, or so I’m told, I figured Jungkook would be of excellent help to find out about genres out of my usual scope of interests.

Since a summer Loona comeback is just around the corner, their highly eager fandom are currently trying their best to predict what it may sound like, by valuable clues such as the producers, who definitely have their own style, and the genre reveal spoiling the track might be house. The latter led me to an interesting Youtube video, from which I found out basically every kpop song released in the past 5 years has been house to a degree. Truly inspiring – but is it really all there is to it?
